Information we collect

When you fill in our enquiry form, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address and any details you share about your child and your childcare needs.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange tours, communicate about enrolment, and — where you've opted in — send our monthly newsletter. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Enrolled families

For enrolled children, we collect additional information required for licensed childcare operation in Alberta, including emergency contacts, health and dietary information, and CWELCC subsidy documentation where applicable. This information is kept confidential and used solely for the care and safety of your child, in line with Alberta's Child Care Licensing Act and Early Learning and Child Care Act requirements.

Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Enquiry form submissions are handled directly by our team and are not shared with external marketing services.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you or your child, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
